Job summary

West Valley Cleanup Alliance, the prime contractor for the DOE Deactivation & Demolition Contract at the West Valley Demonstration Project site, seeks a Subcontract Technical Representative II to oversee subcontractors, ensure schedule and budget adherence, and provide technical guidance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years (Grade 31) or 8+ years (Grade 32) of related experience, with strong skills in contract administration, safety compliance, and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; four (4) years of related experience or an equivalent combination for Grade 31.
• For Grade 32, eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience forming and administering subcontracts through bid processes and awards.
• Strong knowledge of subcontract policies, procedures, and contract laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontract work execution and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and coordinate activities.
• Maintain safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance for subcontractors.
• Coordinate site access, permits, and documentation; communicate with management.
