Overview

Vallum Associates are partnered with a Leading Energy Company who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of nuclear decommissioning and demolition projects. This role involves managing teams, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and ensuring safety and compliance, particularly in a regulated nuclear environment. Location: Philadelphia, PA. Salary range: $80,000.00-$130,000.00.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project operations to meet scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate across departments to develop and maintain project plans
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues
• Interface with stakeholders on project updates and goals
• Ensure nuclear safety standards are upheld
• Manage subcontractor performance and compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in the nuclear industry
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Familiarity with nuclear facilities and safety protocols
• Proficiency in P6 and Hard Dollar is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Nuclear preferred)
• PMP certification and decommissioning experience preferred
