Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in industrial construction, fabrication, energy, EPC, or nuclear-related industries.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10 million in contract value.
• Strong leadership and multi-disciplinary team management across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field execution.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field; Master's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nuclear fabrication, procurement, and construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee procurement, supplier performance, and subcontractor coordination for large projects.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain executive-level client communications and deliver on contractual obligations.
