Job summary
Methods Machine Tools, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional, strategic projects from initiation to closeout, with a focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) for machines and automation. You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Service, Sales, and OEMs to ensure successful launches and PMO adherence.
You will mentor project managers and promote PMO best practices while delivering projects on time and within budget to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
- 10+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience managing enterprise-level projects with significant budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of strategic and operational projects from initiation through closeout.
- Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables using PMO methodologies.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive accountability and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
