Methods Machine Tools Inc in Sudbury, MA, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of strategic and operational projects from initiation to closeout. You will own the NPI process for machines, automation, and options, partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Service, Sales, and OEM partners to ensure successful launches.
The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, a PMP or equivalent, and strong proficiency with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
Methods Machine Tools was established in 1958 with three employees and a handful of refurbished machines. Since then, the company has become one of the largest privately owned machine tool importers in North America.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering complex, cross-functional projects that support Methods Machine Tools' strategic objectives. Reporting to the Senior Director of the Program Management Office (PMO), this role manages projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
A primary responsibility of this position is leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for machines, automation, accessories, and product options by partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Service, Sales, and OEM partners to successfully launch new products. The Senior Project Manager also promotes PMO best practices and mentors project managers as needed.
$115,923.20 - $133,312.16 per year
The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, and may exceed the posted range for highly qualified candidates.
