Methods Machine Tools in Sudbury, MA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives. Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise-level projects with significant budgets.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, CNC machine tools, or related industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of strategic and operational projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables using PMO methodologies.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Lead end-to-end NPI process for machines, automation, accessories, and product options with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate project milestones including design reviews, prototype builds, pilot installations, launch readiness, documentation, training, pricing, and service preparedness.
