Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead Product Transfer and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project timelines, and maintain clear communication across engineering, supplier quality, and technical teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to assess risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project execution. You will collaborate with Business Excellence and NPI teams to develop project plans, templates, and cost‑saving strategies. This position provides excellent growth potential for someone who can blend technical understanding with strong project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of product transfer and NPI projects.
• Coordinate and guide cross‑functional teams including engineering, supplier quality, and technical groups.
• Assess project priorities, identify risks, and elevate issues when required.
• Partner with suppliers to align on schedules, requirements, and deliverables.
• Review legacy project plans and develop updated templates, tools, and process improvements.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and support cost‑saving and efficiency initiatives in collaboration with Business Excellence teams.

Must‑Have Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or engineering roles supporting product development or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, planning, coordination, and execution skills.

Nice‑to‑Have:

• Understanding of electromechanical systems.
