Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology implementations for non-profit organisations. You will manage multiple Professional Services engagements, establishing governance and controlling scope, budget, schedule and risk while building trusted relationships with customer executives.

Travel to customer sites, including overnight stays, may be required as part of delivering successful outcomes and adopting Blackbaud solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology implementations or large Professional Services engagements.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, scope, budgets, schedules and risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of complex technology implementation projects.
• Manage multiple Professional Services engagements concurrently, from small prescriptive projects to enterprise implementations.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, resources, milestones and governance.
• Monitor delivery against schedules, budgets and success metrics and take corrective action when needed.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
• Provide reporting to customers, internal stakeholders and senior management.
