Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least ten years in nonprofit project management.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with cross-department coordination.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to present data clearly.
• Advanced data analysis skills and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with grant reporting and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multiple projects as Program Administrator.
• Lead at least one large project and coordinate cross-department work.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes to funders and partners.
• Develop internal systems to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Supervise staff and support professional development.
