Job summary

The Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) is hiring a Project Manager to lead a statewide program from our San Francisco, CA headquarters, with hybrid work requiring two in-office days per week. The role oversees partner coordination, reporting, and subgrant administration across California and the Central Valley.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of program management experience, strong data analysis, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Experience with or in government agencies is preferred.
• Program management experience especially grants compliance/Administration.
• Strong data analysis on large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for partners’ program managers, grant managers, and funders.
• Coordinate regional partners, disseminate information and resources.
• Monitor progress and provide technical assistance to partners.
