Job summary

Immigrant Legal Resource Center is hiring a Project Manager to oversee statewide programs from our San Francisco headquarters. The role combines administration, partner coordination, and grant management with a strong emphasis on reporting and data analysis.

The position is hybrid with two in-office days per week and requires collaboration across multiple sites in California. The successful candidate will manage subgrants, coordinate with partners, and support funders through timely reporting

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with grants administration or government programs is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional partners and reporting.
• Manage subgranting documents and payments.
• Oversee program administration and timelines.
• Plan and facilitate virtual and in-person events.
• Train partners on reporting portals and requirements.
• Prepare and analyze program performance data.
