Job Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Conduct client meetings and maintain client relationships.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of contract administration and project delivery methods.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of change order management and cost control procedures.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
