Job summary

Jobot, a growing national construction management firm, is seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record in multifamily developments to lead large-scale projects from inception to closeout.

The ideal candidate has a BSCE/BSCM/BSAE (or equivalent), 7 years of PM experience on multifamily projects, and strong skills in scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and client relations. OSHA 30 and LEED exposure are a plus, and proficiency in Procore and Primavera is preferred.

• 7 years’ project management experience on large multifamily projects.
• Strong scheduling, procurement, budget & cost control abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules.

Job Details

We are a growing national construction management firm located in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

• Preferred 4-year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree.
• 7 years’ experience as Project Manager overseeing large projects specifically Multifamily.
• Demonstrated competency in: scheduling, procurement, budget/cost control, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, ability to communicate, both written and oral, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Competent in PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications (i.e Primavera, Procore, Timberscan, Excel, Word, P6 etc.).
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• LEED background a plus.
