Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own planning and execution of Engineered to Order modular data center projects. You will translate complex customer needs into actionable scope, working with in‑house engineering and manufacturing to deliver on time and on budget.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage risk and changes, and ensure quality and safety compliance across jurisdictions as part of a full‑time role driving critical infrastructure deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing projects in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
• BS in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management or closely related field.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, procurement and accounting.
• Experience with change management and risk mitigation on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project goals, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for Engineered to Order modular data centers.
• Coordinate with customer representatives, engineering, and manufacturing to meet specs and timelines.
• Lead risk management, change control, and permit processes across jurisdictions.
• Provide team mentorship and ensure safety compliance (ISO 9001:2015).
