Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to own international modular data center deployments. You will lead projects from powered land to Available to Customer across markets with diverse regulatory regimes and utilities standards. Travel up to 50% internationally during critical builds.

You’ll write the playbook for Spark International Deployment, coordinate with Legal, Trade Compliance, HR, and engineering, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing cross-border risks.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience managing complex, capital-intensive infrastructure or first-of-a-kind projects.
• Experience delivering capital projects outside the United States.
• Experience navigating export controls, customs, and import/export processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedule, budget, and scope for international modular deployments.
• Coordinate site readiness, permitting, and utility interconnection timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks across cross-border logistics.
• Act as liaison between Legal, Trade Compliance, HR, and engineering teams.
• Write the playbook for Spark International Deployment.
