Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex design projects, focusing on mission-critical data center facilities. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal leadership to ensure resilient, integrated designs and successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of building project experience and 5+ years in project management, with PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale building projects.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred; ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting, and organization of multidisciplinary project teams for design, production, and document delivery.
• Manage the design of mission-critical data center facilities for reliability and operational continuity.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, architects, and internal leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, codes, jurisdictional requirements, and approvals.
• Represent the firm confidently in meetings, presentations, and client interactions.
