Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team seeks a Project Architect to lead architectural development for mission-critical/data center projects with national and international clients. You will steer from planning through construction administration, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technically sound design and project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial architecture, an NAAB-accredited degree, a licensed architect status, and strong Revit skills, with mentoring and BD

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree required.
• Current architectural license required; NCARB and LEED credentials a plus.
• 10+ years in commercial architecture; data center/mission-critical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into technical documentation using Revit and visualization tools.
• Develop technically sound design solutions aligned with project goals.
• Coordinate architectural and engineering documentation including QA/QC and redlines.
• Prepare and manage construction documents from schematic design through construction administration.
• Mentor team members and promote collaboration and growth.
• Stay current on codes, sustainable design practices, and building technologies.
