Job summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead one or more large, complex projects from proposal through profitable completion with a strong focus on safety and quality.

You will manage medium voltage duct banks, substation feeds, and campus distribution systems, and you must be a reliable, self-motivated professional with excellent communication and teamwork skills. This is an onsite role supporting critical infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience on large complex projects.
• Experience with MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission or campus distribution systems for data centers.
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple large projects.
• Ensure project success from proposal to profitable completion, with emphasis on safety.
• Lead a team effectively and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
