Michels Underground Cable, Inc. in Billings, MT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a phase of large, complex projects. You will oversee proposal processes, drive profitability, and emphasize safety across MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems.

Join a family-owned contractor with long-term stability and a strong training program. Travel to onsite locations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver critical infrastructure

Qualifications

10+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
Experience on MV duct banks, substation feeds, or campus distribution for data centers.
Experience with Primavera, HCSS, etc.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Willingness to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.

Responsibilities

Manage a phase of a large, complex project or multiple projects.
Lead from proposal/bid through profitable completion.
Ensure safety performance and compliance.
Coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
