Hedrick Brothers Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to lead mid-size commercial construction projects in the West Palm Beach area.

You will own project outcomes, including scope, budget, schedule, safety, quality, and client satisfaction, while aligning with HBC's GRIT values. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and vendor relations, coordinating with preconstruction and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on profitability and client

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• First Aid / CPR preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-size projects with responsibility for quality, safety, financial performance, and owner satisfaction.
• Manage projects in the $15M–$30M range with full outcomes ownership.
• Control budgets, schedules, contracts, plans, and specifications in Procore.
• Provide monthly cost projections and progress reports comparing baseline vs. actual.
• Oversee PCOs, CORs, change orders, and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with preconstruction on estimatings, VE, and proposal prep.
• Supervise Superintendents, PMs, admins, trades, and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure clean closeout and warranty follow-up.
