Job summary

Hedrick Brothers Construction in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Project Manager II to lead mid‑size commercial projects from start to finish. You will own safety, quality, cost control, and owner satisfaction while guiding the project team and coordinating with design, field, and procurement.

Responsibilities include managing budgets from $15M–$30M, developing schedules, and ensuring adherence to Procore workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• First Aid / CPR preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid‑size projects with financial ownership and safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, plans, and specifications in Procore.
• Provide monthly cost projections and progress reports showing baseline vs. actual and critical path.
• Coordinate with the preconstruction team for cost estimating, subcontractor participation, value engineering, constructability, and owner proposal preparation.
• Closeout per company procedures and maintain client relations.
