Southland Industries is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial MEP projects, mentor team members, and uphold a strong safety culture. You will drive project success while developing future project managers and leaders within a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will develop client relations, oversee budgets and change orders, and participate in cross-functional meetings to align scope and schedule.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to manage small teams.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops client relations by providing project status updates to client and leadership.
• Managed budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.
• Participates in project meetings with internal departments.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule.
• Develops budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and other reports as necessary.
• Delegates work and serves as mentor to Project Engineers. Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary.
