Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Fridley, MN is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across medical device NPI and contract design projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, 8+ years of relevant experience in highly regulated environments, and PMP certification is strongly preferred. Travel between Fridley and White Bear Lake will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree helpful.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and customers to create an aligned project plan and schedule.
• Manage and direct project activities to meet objectives, resources, skills, and timing.
• Anticipate, assess, and mitigate project risks with clear communication to leadership.
• Complete resource planning and reporting to achieve deliverables.
• Develop and improve PM tools, systems, and processes with teams.
• Conduct portfolio scenario analysis to inform tradeoffs.
• Support business case development and ROI assessments with Finance.
• Own project reporting and governance from initiation to deployment.
