Manpower Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Fridley, MN with occasional travel to White Bear Lake. Salary ranges from $115,000 to $140,000 plus a 10% bonus; direct hire with relocation flexibility.

The role leads cross-functional teams to initiate, plan, execute, and close complex medical device projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline objectives are met. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachel or higher in engineering, business admin, or related field.
• PMI PMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and customers to create an aligned project plan and schedule for complex projects.
• Direct project activities to meet objectives, balancing resources, skills, and timing.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; communicate status to stakeholders clearly.
