• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in PM/engineering/operations in manufacturing.
• PMP certification preferred; master's degree advantageous.
• Experience with NPI programs and cross-functional leadership.

• Lead transition of new opportunities from Sales/Tech teams to site.
• Manage customer interactions and program risks, budget, and quality.
• Direct program activities across lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate resource alignment and expectations across departments.
• Plan NPI ramp with production readiness and costing considerations.
• Communicate clearly with engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
• Travel between sites as needed.
