Job summary

Harris is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for HVAC projects in the Detroit, Michigan area. You will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring safety, budget, deadlines and clear communication with stakeholders.

The role requires leadership in safety, documentation, scheduling, procurement, estimation and financial oversight, while building and maintaining client and team relationships across multiple regional sites.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel.
• 8+ years in construction project management.
• 8+ years of strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• 8+ years ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• 8+ years knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles.
• 8+ years business administration and management knowledge including operations, finance, customer relations, business development and project sales strategies.

The purpose of your role as a Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines and communications are maintained.

Pay Range

$111,060.64 - $166,590.97

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
