Job summary

Harris seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to provide overarching project management support for HVAC construction. You will ensure standards, budget, deadlines and communications are maintained across phases, while managing safety, scope, scheduling, procurement, estimation and financial oversight.

You will build and maintain client relationships, support sales processes, and coordinate resources with regional teams to deliver complex projects across the country.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• 8+ years of strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles.
• Business administration and management principles including company operations and financials.
• Business finance and customer relations.
• Business development, project sales strategies and legal aspects of construction.

Pay Range: $127,719.74 - $191,579.61 The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
