Harris is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee HVAC construction projects in the Detroit area. You will support all phases, ensuring safety, scope, schedule, and budget adherence, and you will coordinate procurement and communications with teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction project management, strong mechanical systems knowledge, and experience reading complex construction documents, with a focus on design techniques and business operations.

The purpose of your role as a Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines and communications are maintained.

Pay Range

$111,060.64 - $166,590.97

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
