Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• 8+ years of strong understanding of mechanical systems.

• 8+ years of knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles.
• 8+ years business administration and management including operations, financials, customer relations, business development and project sales strategies, and legal aspects of the construction industry.

Pay Range

$127,719.74 - $191,579.61

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
