Job summary

Harris Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction to lead HVAC projects in the Detroit, MI area. The role requires heavy client coordination, safety leadership and financial stewardship across all project phases.

You’ll manage schedule, procurement, estimation and team resources, travel as needed, and build lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors on projects ranging from stadiums to hospitals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• 8+ years of strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• 8+ years of ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• 8+ years of knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles.
• 8+ years business administration and management principles including company operations, financials and customer relations.
