Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance seeks a Projects Manager to independently manage a diverse portfolio of complex projects across our operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide guidance on non-capital project development, and ensure delivery from initiation to closeout.

The role requires at least five years of operational experience in manufacturing or food processing, with strong emphasis on capital project management, design reviews, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in project management and/or engineering team management.
• Experience in managing technical team members for project delivery; design reviews.
• Operational experience in manufacturing or food processing; seafood processing background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to identify efficiency and capacity improvements across facilities.
• Lead capital projects from planning through closeout, including budget and schedule estimates.
• Develop design options and budgets to support project approvals.
• Plan and manage all phases of capital facility projects, including permitting and construction.
• Coordinate design reviews with stakeholders and manage vendor/consultant contracts.
• Monitor project budgets and authorize payments to vendors and contractors.
