Job summary

Reliant Critical Infrastructure seeks a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in complex manufacturing and defense-related construction to lead challenging programs in regulated environments.

You will manage client relations, coordinate design and construction teams, develop budgets and schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in alignment with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management as a general contractor.
• 3-5 years of experience managing large complex projects, especially in Defense and Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, with the ability to develop, analyze, and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Extensive experience maintaining project budgets and schedules.
• Direct responsibility of leading and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team by driving growth and development of team members.
• Develop critical relationships with internal and external clients.
• Oversee construction management tasks, project execution, financial management, and profitability.
• Manage design consultants throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of Shawmut financial processes, controls, and reports.
