Job summary

The Intelligence and National Security Alliance is seeking a Project Manager who serves as the primary customer liaison and coordinates projects from order inception through final delivery, working with engineering, purchasing, production, quality, and shipping teams to meet safety, schedule, and budget requirements.

You will monitor schedules, review orders and drawings, coordinate materials and subcontractors, track milestones, support FATs and inspections, and ensure proper project closeout

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer service orientation with B2B experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience coordinating projects across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from order entry through shipment and customer delivery.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate activities across engineering, purchasing, fabrication, quality, and shipping departments.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and maintain proactive communication regarding project status, schedules, and potential issues.
• Review customer purchase orders, specifications, drawings, and project requirements to ensure alignment with quotations and contractual obligations.
• Identify and resolve conflicts related to project scope, materials, scheduling, and resource availability.
• Coordinate the procurement of project-specific materials, subcontracted services, and outside vendors to support production schedules.
• Track project milestones and ensure work progresses according to timelines and quality standards.
• Generate and process change orders, obtain customer approval, and communicate impacts to schedule and cost.
• Maintain accurate records of customer-supplied materials, project documentation, and correspondence.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
