Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple development projects for customers and lead cross-functional teams. The role reports to the Director of Program Management and requires strong PMI-style planning, stakeholder management, and cost-control discipline.

Responsibilities include leading customer focus teams, driving requirements across manufacturing sites, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in contract manufacturing or high-tech company
Bachelors degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or financial discipline
Previous program management experience required
Strong relationship and time management skills
Lean, Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement processes experience
CPI, CRM or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Chair customer focus team meetings to assign actions and drive customer requirements within manufacturing
Lead cross-functional coordination to meet customer needs and project deadlines
Interface with internal partners to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor department metrics and take corrective actions
Lead cost reduction and efficiency initiatives across responsibilities
Manage customer expectations and establish strategic partnerships
Travel to customer/supplier sites as needed (up to 25%)
