Responsibilities include planning and budgeting multimillion-dollar capital projects, coordinating staff for construction, commissioning, and start-up, and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring food safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and estimate time and cost for facilities and systems.
• Analyze and develop solutions to manufacturing equipment problems.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate staffing and development of construction, commissioning, and start-up plans.
• Lead equipment specification and procurement; develop bid packages for equipment and labor.
• Mentor early career engineers through hands-on training and project work.
• Manage multimillion dollar budgets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
