Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team supporting large-scale manufacturing construction projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and suppliers, and ensure projects meet design standards and governance requirements.

Responsibilities include managing milestones, reporting, cost control, value engineering, rapid RFIs responses, and delivering compliant, on-time results while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management, civil engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years of project management experience.
• Strong organization and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers and suppliers.
• Track critical milestones to avoid schedule slips and ensure governance and best practices.
• Produce formal project status reports and cost/control documents.
• Monitor multiple projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Lead interfaces between suppliers with regular reviews and updates.
• Provide rapid responses to RFIs and support constructability reviews.
• Support cost control, value engineering and risk management.
