Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate architects, engineers, and supply chains while ensuring governance and robust reporting.

You will forecast milestones and budgets, provide technical support to owners and contractors, and drive cost control and constructability guidance across multiple projects. This is an on-site role requiring strong leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure application of governance, processes, and systems across projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
• Cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.
