Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing construction projects in a client-focused role. The position emphasizes stakeholder coordination with architects, engineers, and suppliers to meet schedule milestones and governance standards.

The successful candidate will oversee cost, risk, and constructability guidance, provide technical support, and manage communications through regular meetings and reports to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills — ability to work effectively with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure application of governance, processes and systems; implement best practices on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure adherence to design standards.
