Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects in Davidson, NC. You will manage stakeholders, track milestones and ensure governance and cost controls are applied to deliver compliant programs.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers and clients to forecast milestones, monitor progress and provide strategic guidance. A strong background in construction management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years of project management experience on construction projects.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and suppliers.
• Track critical milestones to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure project governance, processes and systems are used.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Provide cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance.
