The role emphasizes proactive milestone forecasting, budget control, and effective communication with clients and regional stakeholders while ensuring adherence to project standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills and team collaboration.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction PM tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, and contractors.
