Senior Project Manager (Managed Services)

About The Role

Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design and launch of a large-scale service delivery program for one of our strategic healthcare customers. You'll own the end‑to‑end setup of an operational capability that connects people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.

A Day in the Life

• Lead the implementation of a new service delivery model, ensuring readiness across workforce, process, and technology
• Partner with client and internal leaders to define operating models, governance structures, and performance frameworks
• Drive cross‑functional execution, managing milestones, risks, and interdependencies
• Establish reporting and governance cadences to ensure transparency and accountability
• Oversee the transition from implementation to steady‑state operations and measure ongoing performance

What You Need

• 7‑10 years of experience in project/program management within healthcare operations or technology‑enabled delivery environments
• Proven success managing complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives that involve operational setup or transformation
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and organizational dynamics
• Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and influencing skills
• PMP or similar certification preferred. Jira experience
