Job summary

MatPel Builders in San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-end residential construction across multiple projects.

You will supervise PMs and APMs, oversee schedules and budgets from kickoff to closeout, ensure quality, and mentor the team while collaborating with clients and design teams.

A minimum of 10 years' experience in high-end construction is required; architectural or engineering degrees are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of high-end construction PM experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; architectural/engineering degree a plus.
• Experience managing $5M–$40M residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with Spectrum and Procore.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from kickoff through closeout for assigned portfolio.
• Review and approve schedules, budgets, change orders, and reports prepared by PMs.
• Monitor performance, address risks and issues proactively.
• Represent project status in client and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and company standards.
• Mentor PMs and APMs; support development opportunities.
