Job summary

MatPel Builders is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee numerous projects in the Bay Area, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This position will supervise PMs and APMs, providing them with the necessary resources and support.

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years in high-end construction project management and ideally possess architectural or engineering qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-end construction project management.
• Experience managing residential projects from $5M to $40M.
• Strong understanding of legal contracts and construction technologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned PMs and APMs to meet project goals.
• Oversee project delivery from kickoff through closeout.
• Conduct regular check-ins to review performance and provide coaching.
