Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our High-End Luxury Residential Division in Chicago. You will oversee projects from initiation to close, hire subcontractors, work with vendors, and track equipment and materials to stay on schedule and within budget.

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field and 5+ years of PM experience in high-end residential construction are required.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience with High-End Residential Construction.
• Technically literate individual.
• Motivated and team player.

Responsabilités

• Oversee projects from initiation to close for High-End Luxury Division.
• Hire subcontractors, work with vendors, and track inventory of equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permits and apply project management methodology.
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines within budget.
