MatPel Builders in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for the Special Projects Division (SPD) to support the full project lifecycle from BD through closeout. You will develop scopes, budgets, and schedules; coordinate with clients, trade partners, and internal teams; and help manage projects while maintaining budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High-end residential PM experience in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Minimum of 18 months of project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients, trade partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support estimating, business development and preconstruction activities.
• Coordinate with Clients, Architects, Subcontractors and Field personnel.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders and documentation.
• Assist with subcontractor selection, procurement and coordination.
