Job summary

MatPel Builders in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the SPD across the full project lifecycle, from inquiries through closeout. You will develop scopes, budgets, schedules, coordinate with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to deliver high-end homes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of relevant project management experience in high-end residential construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead project lifecycle activities from inquiry to closeout.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, pay apps, and project documentation.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
