Job summary

De Mattei Construction Inc. is seeking a Luxury Residential Project Manager to lead custom home projects in the San Jose area. The role focuses on coordinating on-site activities, managing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in luxury residential construction, 3+ years in PM roles, and strong proficiency with ProCore and Microsoft Office. On-site leadership and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in high-end residential/custom home building; 3+ years in project management roles.
• Technical: ProCore and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Certifications: OSHA 10; valid driver's license and clean driving record; background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and monitor RFIs, submittals, change orders, and logs using ProCore.
• Supervise Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and on-site staff.
• Manage project budgets and provide cost estimations.
• Maintain regular communication with owners and developers.
