Role Summary

The Senior Aptitude Project Manager provides regional leadership for the Aptitude program throughout all project phases. Responsibilities include strategic direction, operational excellence, financial management, team leadership, stakeholder relationship management, business development, and risk management, aligned with JE Dunn's strategy, vision, and values.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core

• Supports the company's safety culture and promotes an injury-free environment.
• Coordinates technology design and construction efforts to meet standards.
• Provides technical expertise on design, installation, and network integration.
• Creates project-specific scopes of work and responsibility matrices.
• Performs quantity takeoffs and obtains vendor and trade partner pricing for budgets and proposals.
• Manages project budgets, costs, and projections.
• Develops and enforces Aptitude processes and standards.
• Leads and motivates team members in line with JE Dunn's values.
• Supports deployment of Aptitude strategies to meet project goals.
• Participates in company communication and strategy sessions.
• Manages budgets, schedules, staffing, billing, and collections.
• Develops and manages project plans and schedules.
• Tracks project progress and reports on milestones.
• Communicates and resolves issues promptly.
• Conducts post-project evaluations.
• Ensures proper management and archiving of project documents.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition, the Senior Aptitude Project Manager will:

• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Engage with civic organizations to promote Aptitude services.
• Manage technology consulting processes and initiate business development.
• Oversee strategic direction and resource management.
• Serve as escalation point for risks and issues.
• Ensure staffing levels meet project and growth needs.
• Contribute to business planning and operational decisions.
• Lead communication on Aptitude integration.
• Recruit, select, and train new team members.

• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.
• Exposure to extreme conditions possible.
• Work may occur at project sites or in an office.
