Job summary

Clearwing is seeking a Project Manager responsible for project success, guiding scope, milestones, and client expectations from kickoff through completion. You will coordinate with coordinators, foremen, and site leaders to align resources, schedules, and costs with contracts and billing requirements.

You will read drawings, manage submittals, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while driving continuous process improvement and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years or more in project management or related leadership roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the end-to-end project delivery process.
• Experience with design-build, retrofit, and commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage project communication, schedule, budget, submittals, and deliverables using company software.
• Delegate administrative responsibilities to project coordinators.
• Develop priorities, timelines, schedules, and Gantt charts with operations and engineering teams.
• Read, interpret, and analyze project engineered drawings; ensure accurate redlines for as-built drawings.
