Job summary

Kane Partners LLC in Kentucky seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee technically complex design-build construction projects from planning through completion. You will own safety, budget, schedule, design coordination, subcontractor management, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, tracking milestones, coordinating teams, reviewing drawings, leading meetings, and ensuring quality and profitability. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field with strong PM fundamentals.
  • 4+ years of construction project management experience on commercial/industrial projects.
  • Direct responsibility for project profit and loss and financial performance.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and subcontractor management.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, client-facing, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and Procore.
  • Cleanroom, life sciences, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or high-tech facility experience preferred.

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Travel to project sites as required.

This position has full responsibility for project safety, financial performance, scheduling, design coordination, subcontractor management, quality, and client satisfaction.

  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership, client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
  • Cleanroom, life sciences, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech facility experience is preferred
